From our clients...

"Michael Silverman is an expert in the subject matter of ADA digital access. Michael commands an in-depth knowledge of SRS software, accessibility barriers, and has helped me conduct multiple website joint site inspections, wherein he has elucidated with ease even complex accessibility constraints.

Michael is neutral and pleasant and prepares extremely useful accessibility reports that consolidate remaining barriers and help the parties discuss future remediation. I would unhesitatingly recommend Michael as an expert on this subject-matter."
Aaina D, Esq
"Michael was excellent to work with—thorough, approachable, and deeply collaborative. He quickly adapted to our preferred communication style and worked directly with our engineers to ensure precision and shared understanding at every step. He consistently went the extra mile to provide clear, detailed answers, and his pricing was fair and transparent. The VPAT and Accessibility Statement he helped us produce set us up for success in earning the trust of enterprise buyers for whom accessibility is a key requirement. More importantly, his work made Workera more inclusive—advancing our mission to unlock humanity’s potential by ensuring our platform can be used by everyone."
Taylor Sullivan, PhD - Head of Product and Assessments at Workera
"Michael Silverman is an expert I have worked with on ADA digital access cases where the ADA violations on a website have affected our client’s ability to use and access certain website features due to that client’s specific disability.
The stages where Michael's services are most utilized:
  1. Prior to filing an ADA lawsuit related to digital access, our firm retains Michael to do a prefiling investigation to confirm the barriers alleged by the client. Michael also audits and reviews the entire website for any additional barriers that affect the client’s specific disability.
  2. At any time upon request, Michael does a reassessment of the website to determine whether the original barriers were remediated or still exist, and if any new barriers are present.
  3. When a case goes to trial, Michael testifies as an expert witness regarding the ADA violations and barriers, and how they affect our client’s specific disability.
