Mr. Silverman also audits and reviews the entire website for any additional barriers that affect the client’s specific disability.
- At any time upon request, Mr. Silverman does a reassessment of the website to determine whether the original barriers were remediated or still exist, and if any new barriers are present.
- When a case goes to trial, Mr. Silverman testifies as an expert witness regarding the ADA violations and barriers, and how they affect our client’s specific disability.
I highly recommend Mr. Silverman. His reports are thorough, easy to understand, and lay out the ADA barriers in a succinct manner.
